ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES.

• All merchandise is made per order.  
• It is the customers' responsibility to choose the correct size, color, and style before checking out.
• It is the customers' responsibility to make sure the correct address is entered before checking out. 
• All orders are processed once payment is confirmed.  Payments may take 24-48 hrs to confirm.  
• All orders are shipped via USPS.  
• GOTGOTMEMERCH is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages once dropped off at USPS. 
• Each order will receive a tracking number with an ETA.  The customer is required to use the tracking number to monitor package location/arrival.  The tracking number will also be used by the customer if the order is lost, damaged, or delayed.
